Salisbury, MD; November 25, 2024 – We have a day for giving thanks, 2 days for shopping deals, and now we have Giving Tuesday! Join Habitat for Humanity of Wicomico County, the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore, and local nonprofits on Tuesday, Dec. 3rd, as we show the world that The Shore Gives More!
Habitat for Humanity of Wicomico County urges you to think of your daily life and how affordable housing may affect you and those around you. Show the hardworking families in need that the Shore Gives More! Giving Tuesday is 24 hours of generosity and support on Tuesday, December 3. Early giving through the Shore Gives More campaign is happening now. All funds raised will go toward helping complete construction on our two new homes on Grace Street.
Thanks to generous supporters, we have a donation match of $7,000, which means your contribution will be matched, dollar-for-dollar, up to that amount. Additionally, with every $2 spent another $1 will be added, thanks to the generosity of Shore Gives More. ON Giving Tuesday and only through the Shore Gives More website, you can more than DOUBLE your impact in one gift!
